Welcome to Mini Travel Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
Mini Travel Club is a travel and lifestyle app that helps parents discover kid-friendly places, activities, and events near them based on their location.
The App is intended for adult use only. You must be 18 years or older to use it.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. Location-Based Services
The App uses precise geolocation to show nearby kid-friendly places and events.

4. User-Generated Content
You may be able to submit reviews, recommendations, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you:
Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App
Represent that you own or have rights to the content
Agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or that violates another’s rights
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
5. Digital Communication Consent
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from us to the mobile telephone number you have provided. These messages are limited strictly to:
Verification purposes (e.g., one-time passcodes and account authentication); and
Administrative communications (e.g., account notices, security alerts, and service updates).
United States Users (TCPA Compliance)
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from us at the mobile number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). You acknowledge that consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message received from us. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [support contact]. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days.
United Kingdom Users (PECR & UK GDPR Compliance)
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you provide your consent to receive SMS communications from us at the mobile number provided, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your personal data (including your mobile number) will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and will not be used for any purpose beyond those stated above. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS received from us, or by contacting us at [support contact]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
General Provisions

6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
We may investigate violations and take appropriate action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, features, and functionality in the App are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed under these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may display or link to third-party websites, venues, activities, or service providers.
We do not endorse or control these third parties. You acknowledge that:

Availability or quality of third-party offerings
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a location or event is appropriate for your family.
9. Subscription Fees / Purchases
If the App includes paid features or subscriptions:
Prices will be displayed before purchase
Payments are processed through the App Store / Google Play
Renewal terms (automatic or manual) will be disclosed
Refunds follow the applicable app store policies
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
